Erin Willadsen
Erin Willadsen is a Sioux Falls, SD native. Erin graduated from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in May 2016 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. Following graduation, she returned to South Dakota to attend the University of South Dakota School of Law, graduating in May 2019 with Sterling Honors. During her law school career, Erin served as the President of the Moot Court Board and Vice President of the Trial Team. Erin and her teammates advanced to become quarterfinalists at the Leroy R. Hanssell, Sr. National Constitutional Law Moot Court Competition in Virginia Beach, VA, and semifinalists at The National Criminal Justice Trial Competition in Chicago, IL.
Erin started with the firm as a runner following her graduation from high school in 2012. Erin continued to work for the firm as a runner during her college summers. Following her first year of law school, Erin returned as a legal intern. She joined the firm as a full-time associate in August 2019. She works closely with Clint Sargent and Raleigh Hansman. Erin’s present practice includes civil litigation and criminal defense.
