Mae C.M. Pochop
Mae Pochop is the third generation of her family to practice at this firm. Mae graduated from Gustavus Adolphus College in May 2017 with a degree in Financial Economics. While at Gustavus, Mae served as President of Gustavus Women in Leadership and President of her Alpha Sigma Tau chapter. She also competed on the golf team, serving as captain for two years and earning All-American honors.
Following undergraduate, Mae returned to South Dakota to attend the University of South Dakota School of Law. While in law school, Mae served as President of USD Women in Law and competed nationally on the Moot Court Board and Trial Team. Notably, Mae competed at Brooklyn Law School’s Memorial Evidence Competition where her team earned the Best Brief Award.
In May 2020, Mae graduated Magna Cum Laude and joined the firm as a full-time associate. Mae works closely with Todd Meierhenry on Public Finance initiatives to support South Dakota communities. She also works across the board on civil, criminal, and estate planning
